    How to: Cable Rope Seated Row

    1. Sit on the cable machine, placing your feet on the platform and knees slightly bent.
    2. Grab the handles with both hands, palms facing each other.
    3. Pull the handles towards your torso, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
    4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
    5. Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position and repeat.

    • Rounding the back during the row.
