How to: Cable Standing Rear Delt Horizontal Row (with rope)
Attach a rope to a low cable pulley.
Stand facing the cable machine, and grasp the rope with both hands.
Pull the rope back towards your face, keeping your elbows high and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
Pause briefly at the end of the movement before returning to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
