How to: Dumbbell Floor Wiper
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.
Hold a dumbbell with both hands, arms extended straight above your chest.
Engage your core and slowly lower your legs to one side, keeping your shoulders flat.
Return to the starting position and lower your legs to the other side.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
