    How to: EZ Bar French Press on Exercise Ball

    1. Sit on the exercise ball with your feet firmly planted on the ground.
    2. Hold the EZ bar with an overhand grip and bring it overhead.
    3. Bend your elbows to lower the bar behind your head while maintaining a straight back.
    4. Press the bar back to the starting position by extending your elbows.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
