    How to: Heel Press

    1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
    2. Step back with one foot, keeping it straight.
    3. Press the heel of the back foot into the ground.
    4. Lean forward gently to feel the stretch in the calf.
    5. Hold the stretch, then switch sides.
