    How to: Humble Warrior Pose

    1. Start in a standing position, step one foot back and bend the front knee.
    2. Keep your back leg straight and ground your back heel into the floor.
    3. Extend your arms alongside your body, palms facing up.
    4. Lower your torso toward your front thigh while keeping your gaze forward.
    5. Hold the position, breathing deeply, and then switch sides.

    Common Mistakes

    • Leaning too far forward.

    • Holding the breath instead of breathing deeply.
