How to: Kettlebell Figure 8
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands.
Pass the kettlebell between your legs from one hand to the other in a figure 8 motion.
Bend slightly at the knees and hinge at the hips as you transfer the kettlebell.
Continue the figure 8 motion while maintaining a tight core and upright posture.
