    How to: Kneeling Neck Stretch

    1. Kneel on the floor with your back straight and hands on your hips.
    2. Gently lower your right ear towards your right shoulder until you feel a stretch on the left side of your neck.
    3. Hold for a few seconds, then return to the starting position.
    4. Repeat on the other side.
