    How to: Lever T bar Row (plate loaded)

    1. Position yourself on the lever machine and adjust the seat so the handles are at chest level.
    2. Grip the handles firmly with both hands.
    3. With a controlled motion, pull the handles towards your body, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
    4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
    5. Lower the handles slowly back to the starting position.
    6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Swinging the weights instead of controlled pulling.
    • Rounding the back during the pull.
    • Not fully extending the arms at the bottom of the movement.
