How to: Lying Neck Extension Stretch
Lie flat on your stomach with your arms at your sides.
Gently lift your head and neck off the ground, engaging the muscles at the back of your neck.
Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, breathing normally.
Slowly lower your head back down and repeat the stretch as desired.
Common Mistakes
Lifting shoulders during the stretch.
Not holding the stretch long enough.
Forcing the neck beyond a comfortable range.
