    How to: Lying whole body stretch

    1. Lie flat on your back with arms extended above your head and legs straight.
    2. Inhale deeply, then reach your arms and legs away from the center of your body.
    3. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
    4. Exhale and relax back to the starting position.
