How to: Power Sled Triceps Extension
Stand behind the power sled with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Grip the sled handles with both hands, palms facing down.
Push the sled forward by extending your arms while keeping your elbows close to your body.
Pause at full extension and then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes
Not fully extending the arms.
Using momentum instead of controlled movements.
Letting elbows flare outwards.
Modifications
Perform the exercise using a lighter weight.
Use a pad or cushion for the sled handle if needed.
