How to: Russian Twist With Hands On Chest
Sit on the ground with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
Lean back slightly, keeping your back straight.
Place your hands on your chest and keep your elbows wide.
Twist your torso to the right, bringing your hands toward the floor beside your hip.
Return to the center and twist to the left.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
