    How to: Seated Neck Stretch

    1. Sit comfortably with your back straight.
    2. Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
    3. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
    4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

    Common Mistakes

    • Allowing shoulders to rise towards ears.
