    How to: StrongMan Log Lift

    1. Start with the log resting on the ground in front of you.
    2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and grip the log with both hands.
    3. Lift the log by driving through your legs and keeping your back straight.
    4. Press the log overhead until your arms are fully extended.
    5. Lower the log back to the starting position and repeat.
