    How to: Suspended Row

    1. Adjust the suspension straps to a suitable height for your body.
    2. Stand facing the anchor point and grasp the handles with an overhand grip.
    3. Walk your feet forward until your body is at a 45-degree angle.
    4. Pull your chest towards the handles while keeping your body straight.
    5. Pause for a moment at the top, then lower back to the starting position.

    Common Mistakes

    • Not keeping the body straight, resulting in hip sagging.
    • Pulling with the arms instead of engaging the back.
    • Lifting the chin too high, leading to neck strain.

    Modifications

    • Use a higher anchor point to reduce difficulty.
    • Perform the movement with knees bent for additional support.

    Tips

    • Keep your core engaged throughout the movement.
    • Ensure your body remains in a straight line from head to heels.
    • Pull with your elbows rather than your hands to properly engage the back muscles.
