    How to: Tight Rope Walk

    1. Stand with your feet close together.
    2. Step one foot in front of the other, placing the heel of the front foot directly in front of the toe of the back foot.
    3. Keep your gaze forward and maintain a straight posture.
    4. Continue walking in this manner for a set distance or number of steps.
