    How to: Wipers (straight leg)

    1. Lie on your back with your legs extended straight up in the air.
    2. With arms out to the sides for support, lower your legs to the right side without touching the floor.
    3. Return to the center and lower your legs to the left side.
    4. Repeat this movement while keeping your core engaged.
