    How to: World Greatest Stretch

    1. Start by standing tall with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Step forward with your right leg into a lunge, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
    3. Place your left hand on the floor or a block inside your right foot.
    4. Rotate your torso to the right, reaching your right arm towards the ceiling.
    5. Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides.
