    How to: Wrist - Extension

    1. Extend one arm in front with the palm facing down.
    2. Use the other hand to gently pull back on the fingers of the extended hand until you feel a stretch in the forearm.
    3. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds and switch arms.
    4. Repeat 2-3 times.

    Common Mistakes

    • Bending the wrist during the stretch.
    • Applying too much pressure leading to pain.

    • Perform the stretch with a towel or band for extra support.
