How to: Wrist - Extension
Extend one arm in front with the palm facing down.
Use the other hand to gently pull back on the fingers of the extended hand until you feel a stretch in the forearm.
Hold the position for 15-30 seconds and switch arms.
Repeat 2-3 times.
Common Mistakes
Bending the wrist during the stretch.
Applying too much pressure leading to pain.
Modifications
Perform the stretch with a towel or band for extra support.
