How to: Dumbbell Biceps Curl (with arm blaster)
Stand straight with a dumbbell in each hand, arms fully extended.
Keep your elbows tucked close to your torso.
Curl the weights while contracting your biceps.
Raise the dumbbells until your biceps are fully contracted.
Pause at the top, then slowly lower the weights back to the starting position.
Common Mistakes
Swinging the weights instead of using controlled motion.
Lifting weights that are too heavy, causing strain.
Letting elbows drift away from the body.
Modifications
Perform the exercise seated to provide extra support.
Use lighter weights or resistance bands if necessary.
Tips
Keep your elbows close to your body while performing the curl.
Use a controlled motion to avoid using momentum.
Focus on fully contracting the biceps at the top of the motion.
