How to: Hip Twist Supported Arms
Sit on the ground with your legs extended in front.
Place your right foot on the outside of your left knee.
Use your left arm to gently pull your right knee towards the left side.
Twist your torso to the right, supporting your weight with your right hand behind you.
Hold the position for a few deep breaths before switching sides.
