    How to: Inchworm

    1. Start standing with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Bend at the waist and place your hands on the floor.
    3. Walk your hands forward to a plank position.
    4. Keep your body in a straight line.
    5. Walk your feet towards your hands to return to the starting position.
