How to: Lever Seated Calf Press
Sit on the leverage machine with your feet placed on the platform.
Adjust the pad so that it is right above your knees.
Push through the balls of your feet, lifting your heels as high as possible.
Hold at the top for a moment and then lower back down slowly.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
