    How to: Lying Neck Pull

    1. Lie flat on your back with your arms by your sides.
    2. Gently lift your head and neck off the ground, reaching towards your chest.
    3. Hold the position for a few seconds, then relax back down.
    4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Bending the neck excessively.
    • Holding the breath during the stretch.
    • Not supporting the lower back.
