    How to: Neck Extensor Stretch

    1. Sit or stand with a straight posture.
    2. Gently tilt your head back to look up towards the ceiling.
    3. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
    4. Return to the starting position and repeat for 3-5 repetitions.
