How to: Shoulder Circle
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
Raise both arms out to the sides at shoulder height.
Make small circles with your arms, gradually increasing the size of the circles.
After 10-15 circles, reverse the direction.
Repeat for several sets.

Moving too fast which can lead to strain.
Not engaging the core which can affect balance.
Modifications
Perform seated to reduce strain on the shoulders.
Use a wall for support if balance is an issue.
