    How to: Shoulder Circle

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Raise both arms out to the sides at shoulder height.
    3. Make small circles with your arms, gradually increasing the size of the circles.
    4. After 10-15 circles, reverse the direction.
    5. Repeat for several sets.

    Common Mistakes

    • Moving too fast which can lead to strain.
    • Not engaging the core which can affect balance.

    Modifications

    • Perform seated to reduce strain on the shoulders.
    • Use a wall for support if balance is an issue.

    • Maintain a slow and controlled motion to avoid injury.
    • Keep your shoulders relaxed and down away from your ears.
