    How to: StrongMan Hercules Hold

    1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold a weight in each hand at your sides.
    3. Engage your core and lift both weights to shoulder height.
    4. Hold this position for as long as possible while maintaining proper form.
    5. Lower the weights slowly when you are finished.
