    How to: Suspender Face Pull

    1. Attach the suspension trainer securely at shoulder height.
    2. Stand facing the anchor, holding the handles with both hands.
    3. Step back until your arms are fully extended and you feel a slight tension.
    4. Pull the handles towards your face, keeping your elbows high and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    5. Hold briefly at the top before slowly returning to the starting position.
    6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Allowing the elbows to drop too low.
    • Using momentum instead of controlled movement.
    • Not maintaining a neutral spine.

    Modifications

    • Perform the exercise with reduced resistance if necessary.
    • Use a lower suspension anchor point for an easier pull.

    Tips

    • Keep your elbows high and stationary during the pull.
    • Engage your core to maintain stability throughout the movement.
    • Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
