    How to: Worlds Greatest Stretch

    1. Begin in a standing position.
    2. Step forward with your right foot into a lunge position.
    3. Lower your left knee towards the ground and keep your right knee above your ankle.
    4. Place your left elbow on the inside of your right knee and reach your right arm up towards the sky.
    5. Hold the position for several seconds, breathing deeply, then switch sides.

    Common Mistakes

    • Rounding your back during the stretch.
    • Not holding the stretch long enough for it to be effective.
    • Forgetting to keep your core engaged.
