    How to: Dumbbell Seated One Arm Shoulder Press

    1. Sit on a bench with back support and hold a dumbbell in one hand.
    2. Start with the elbow bent at 90 degrees and the dumbbell at shoulder height.
    3. Press the dumbbell overhead until your arm is fully extended.
