How to: Dumbbell Standing One Arm Curl (over incline bench)
Sit on an incline bench and hold a dumbbell in one hand with your palm facing forward.
With your elbow close to your body, curl the dumbbell up towards your shoulder.
Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
Common Mistakes
Arching the back while lifting the dumbbell.
Not fully extending the arm at the bottom of the curl.
Using momentum instead of muscle control to lift the weight.
