    How to: Finger Extension Stretch

    1. Extend one arm in front of you with the palm facing up.
    2. With the other hand, gently pull back on the fingers to stretch the wrist and forearm.
    3. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds.
    4. Switch arms and repeat.
