    How to: Underhand Grip Inverted Back Row

    1. Set up in an inverted row position with your body straight and hanging from a stable surface.
    2. Grab the bar or surface with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
    3. Pull your chest towards the bar while keeping your elbows tucked close to your sides.
    4. Lower your body back down until your arms are fully extended.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
