    How to: Warming-up in Lunge (seven)

    1. Stand tall and take a step forward with your right foot.
    2. Lower your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
    3. Ensure your right knee is directly above your right ankle.
    4. Keep your left knee just above the ground, ensuring your back is straight.
    5. Hold the position for a few seconds, feeling the stretch in your hips and thighs.
    6. Return to a standing position and repeat on the opposite side.

    • Leaning forward excessively.
    • Not maintaining proper alignment.
    • Forgetting to breathe deeply.
