    How to: Warming-up in Lunge (three)

    1. Start in a standing position with feet hip-width apart.
    2. Step forward into a lunge position with your right leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
    3. Push through your front heel to return to standing.
    4. Repeat on the left leg.
    5. Perform for 10-15 repetitions on each side.

    Common Mistakes

    • Allowing the front knee to go past the toes.
    • Not keeping the back straight.
    • Holding the breath instead of breathing steadily.
