    How to: One Arm Shoulder Flexor Stretch

    1. Stand or sit tall with a straight back.
    2. Extend one arm across your chest.
    3. Use your opposite hand to pull your extended arm closer to your chest.
    4. Hold this position for the desired amount of time before switching arms.
